I'm looking for a line where we could explore the relationship between two men who are in committed (or somewhat-committed) relationship. The concept is fairly simple, but it has a lot of potential for conflict as well as "fluff." Cheating, addiction, adoption, marriage, family issues... I'd be interested in exploring any or all of the above, and more. Ages and such can be discussed.

alright. what the hell is with people not being into sceneing anymore? i get that sometimes you can't scene or complete every interaction between two characters, but simply ooc saying what happened or not even saying what happened ooc and making me try to figure out how things went? that blows. i don't know how my character is going to react to a scene until she's IN the scene. i'm not asking for novels of sceneing, but let's at least do something.
and this isn't directed at one person. it's a frightening trend.

fml...from past experience, this is usually when the rest of things start going to hell. The worst part is, I'm not even sure I entirely care that much, either. I was so enthused at first, but now I'm barely interested in playing my own character, and it's my game. :/

just because you can site a reference book for it doesn't mean it makes sense in context. research is not an adequate substitute for coherant storytelling. this is a narrative, not a thesis.

If you just wanted slash or something else as specific, you shouldn't have mentioned you'd do het. And furthermore, don't have people waste their time typing up ideas and telling you where they play, who they play, etc if you don't even reply to at least tell them you aren't interested. You weren't looking for lines so desperately - you were looking for esex and a flavor of the week community.
Seriously, it's the internet so just say what you mean.

Balancing mod duties, finals, and getting ready for Christmas sucks enough already. Did I really need to start seriously missing old lines on top of that?
All things considered, it'd be loads easier if I weren't playing my half of the line again, but I love him too much not to and when I have the time to get into it, he makes me really happy. But it still feels like there's something important missing.
The worst part is that the line was an accidental romantic one that just worked so well. As of now, my guy has so many good, non-romantic lines and I feel like an overdependent borderline cock-hop for missing this line so much.
